I purchased Magic Guide Premium Pass, but it is not working.
Select Restore Purchase on the Buy page. This will restore any previous premium purchases you've made.
This sometimes occurs if you're moving to a new device or setting up for a family sharing member.
I purchased Magic Guide Premium Pass, but it is not working on my Apple Watch.
Reboot both your Apple Watch and your iPhone. In rare cases, the watch app to phone app communications can stop working but these reboots resolves this.
